I want to take this opportunity to thank the club for the surprise that  was sprung on me last evening with The Jim Barker award. Because of the event that took place on Thanksgiving  day in my life I had not even given any thought of the club this month, and Henri didn't ask me any questions. I was only thinking about our Christmas party. Looking back, Henri and the club pulled a good one on me which I pride myself  in not letting her do.

Like I tried to say last evening I didn't need to be recognized  with this very special award for my contributions to our club because of my love for the corvette and all the great club people the car has brought into my life; I just love to participate. I want to recognize two people in our club that have gone far beyond the call which are Myron & Danita LeLeux. Every year they contribute "greatly" to the betterment of our club.
